We make this 61% dark chocolate with Trinitario cocoa beans we source directly from farmers in Mababu, Tanzania and blend with real Haas avocado pulp powder, organic rosemary, and a touch of organic black pepper. Inspired by Heath Ceramics’ seventy-year legacy of craftsmanship, California roots and approachable designs, we created this unique bar, whose texture even mimics the smooth glazing of their ceramics. Savory and sweet, this bar makes a great snack and pairs well with salty crackers or hard cheese.
This sweet and savory chocolate is Certified Kosher D.E., vegan and gluten free.
